The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) in Pandi, Bulacan, serves as the local social welfare arm of the municipal government, mandated to provide essential social welfare programs and services to its disadvantaged residents. The MSWDO Pandi is committed to the provision of comprehensive and responsive social welfare and development policies, plans, and programs for implementation at the community level with other government agencies and Non-Government Organization/s (NGOs) for the: Care, protection, and rehabilitation of disadvantaged individuals, families, and communities; Promotion of preventive policies and interventions for the disadvantaged community.
