Biography
Hon. Armando S. Concepcion is a Municipal Councilor (Sangguniang Bayan Member) of the Municipality of Pandi, Bulacan, Philippines for the 2025–2028 term. As a councilor, he is part of the local legislative body responsible for helping draft, discuss, and approve ordinances, resolutions, and policies that promote good governance, public welfare, and community development in Pandi.
Achievements
Legislative Excellence: In the 2025 local elections, he was elected as a Sangguniang Bayan Member, ranking among the top candidates with over 41,400 votes. He is a key member of the 9th Municipal Council, where he contributes to the development of local ordinances.
