Biography
Hon. Crispin D. L. Castro is the Vice Mayor of the Municipality of Pandi, Bulacan. He serves as the presiding officer of the Sangguniang Bayan, where he plays a key role in crafting local ordinances, policies, and resolutions that promote good governance and community development. Prior to his election as Vice Mayor, he served as a member of the Municipal Council, gaining experience in legislative work and public service.
