Biography
Hon. Jaycel R. Santos is a Filipino public servant and Municipal Councilor (Sangguniang Bayan Member) of Pandi, Bulacan, Philippines. He has served multiple terms on the municipal council, representing the people in crafting and approving local ordinances, resolutions, and policies that support community development and good governance in Pandi. Before becoming a councilor, Jaycel R. Santos was active in youth leadership—serving as SK Chairman of Barangay Malibo Matanda and SK Federation President of the Municipality of Pandi.
