Biography
Hon. Noel S. Esteban is a Municipal Councilor (Sangguniang Bayan Member) of Pandi, Bulacan in the Philippines for the term 2025–2028. As a councilor, he is part of the legislative body of the municipal government, helping to craft and approve ordinances, resolutions, and policies that support local development and public welfare in Pandi. He represents the interests of the residents and works with the mayor, vice mayor, and fellow council members in advancing community programs and services for the municipality.
Achievements
Leading Municipal Councilor: He is currently serving as the top-ranking Municipal Councilor (Sangguniang Bayan Member) of Pandi. In the 2025 local elections, he emerged as the No. 1 Councilor with approximately 47,389 votes. Committee Work: As a senior member of the 9th Municipal Council, he has been instrumental in the deliberation and approval of significant local measures, including the municipality's annual budgets and administrative reorganizations.
