Biography
Hon. Reynaldo DL. Roxas, Jr. is a Municipal Councilor (Sangguniang Bayan Member) of the Municipality of Pandi, Bulacan, Philippines. He has served as a councilor since 2019 and continues to represent the people of Pandi in the municipal legislative council, helping draft and approve local ordinances, resolutions, and policies that promote community development and good governance. Before his service as councilor, he was Barangay Captain of Barangay Poblacion in Pandi from 2013 to 2018. Outside of public office, he is a businessman and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Far Eastern University.
Achievements
Committee Chairmanship: He holds the critical role of Chairman of the Committee on Real Estate, Subdivisions, Housing, and Assessments for the Municipality of Pandi. In this capacity, he is a primary member of the Local Housing Board (LHoB), overseeing housing models and basic services for underprivileged citizens in resettlement areas. Grassroots Leadership: Before his entry into municipal legislation, he served as the Barangay Captain of Brgy. Poblacion, Pandi from 2013 to 2018, establishing a strong foundation in community-level governance.
